- 1 Guided tour of the Bastide Saint-Louis (town centre), lasting an hour and a half every Saturday at 10am, leaving from the Tourist Office at 28 Rue de Verdun.
- Guided tours of the Medieval City all day every day, morning and afternoon, in French, English and Spanish, leaving from the Tourist Office in the Medieval City, Porte Narbonnaise.

A rich and varied tour including many exclusive places: ramparts, hoards, projection room, stone-cutter museum. Guided tours by heritage officers or lectures, audioguides available by reservation at the Count’s castle. Closed 1st January, 1st May, 1st November and 25th December.

Guided Audio tour of the Bastide Saint Louis
A walk in the heart of the Bastide Saint Louis to discover its diverse treasures (in French, English and Spanish). Duration between 1.5 and 2 hours. Reservation recommended.
Audio guide to be collected from the Tourist Office

On this picturesque circuit, you will discover the structure of the defence system of the City of Carcassonne, its towers, bartizans, archways, brattices, machicolations… Audio guide in English, Spanish, Italian, Catalan, German, Dutch, Japanese. Length of visit: approximately 20 to 25 mins. Runs 1st May - 30th September.
Tour with commentary in a horse and cart. Circuit between the two ramparts. For 20 minutes, you can discover the history and architecture of the Medieval City to the rhythm of the horses’ hooves. From 1st May to 15th November (weather dependent).
