- Cooking workshop with our partners: Excedent and La Borieta in Carcassonne Crisp and delicious, pies, pies and quiches are always welcome! Come and cook them around organic winter vegetables purchased from the Borieta in a fully-equipped kitchen made available to us by the Surplus store. On the program, depending on the number of participants, we will revisit leek pie, forest pie, apple pie. To end this workshop in style, we can taste the prepared dishes together. If you wish, come with something to bring a sample home. Otherwise come with your hands in my pockets, I take care of everything for the equipment and food.
