    Philippe SHANGTI, artist-photographer, invites Carcassonnais to celebrate World Photography Day, next Thursday August 19 at the Museum of Fine Arts. The artist, whose work is highlighted by the temporary exhibition “The Future is Now”, wishes to invite visitors to share his passion for photography. Thus, Philippe SHANGTI is organizing a workshop and a small challenge which should appeal to the initiated but also to the curious. From 3.30 p.m., the artist will talk about his passion, explain his vision of photography and his way of working. At the end of his speech, the participants will move on to practical work: from a composition of still lifes, make a message appear clearly. Participants will bring their own cameras. At 6 pm, a VIP guided tour of the temporary exhibition “The Future is Now” will be led by the artist (always by reservation, 25 people maximum) and will bring this first event dedicated to photography to a close.
