MARCHE AUX TRUFFES D'ETE DE ROULLENS

9:30 am: Opening of the sale of truffles, throughout the morning until 12:30 pm. All the truffles put on sale are sorted and checked. Wearing a mask is compulsory. Respect for the direction of movement and physical distancing. The cultivation and harvesting of truffles has become a reality in Aude. 500 Audois are now gathered in association to share their passion for black diamonds.
