- Toques et Clochers is a gastronomic festival organized by the winegrowers of Sieur d'Arques in order to promote the different terroirs of the Limousin vineyard. It takes place during the Palm Sunday weekend around Limoux and Saint-Hilaire every year since 1990. It consists of bringing together in a village in the region a group of wine producers ... Since the start of the development of AOC de Limoux, the Grands Chefs have always given their precious opinion on the food and wine association and the greatest sommeliers have also brought us their knowledge and their informed judgment. Their indisputable skills combined enabled an improvement in terms of quality. The search for aromas and tastes in collaboration with our oenologists has given these great wines the finesse they have today. Each year, a Grand Chef, 3 macaroons in the Michelin guide, presides over the Palm Sunday Auction. Pierre Troisgros was the first President and since Les Toques succeed one another. See you next April 4 and 5 for the 31st edition. This year, the event will take place in Limoux in the presence of the Italian-Argentinian chef, Mauro Colagreco, three-star at the Mirazur establishment, voted best restaurant in the world in 2019!
