LEATHER WORKSHOP Realization of small purses or leather bracelets. L'ATELIER HÉRALDIQUE Explanation on the art of blazon, creation of a blazon in painting on a wooden shield. LA FORGE Arias Bruno, craftsman in cutlery specializing in the Middle Ages. Demonstration and explanation of the blacksmith trade and sale of creations. HERBARIUM Discovery of spices, certain medicinal and aromatic plants. Making a small mix to take away. THE KITCHEN Demonstrations and tasting of several medieval dishes. THE HARNOIS AND ARCHERY WORKSHOP Presentation of a knight's equipment (armaments and protections) and explanation of the use of the bow in the Middle Ages. CANTI-CANTA Musical stroll in the abbey LA FILEUSE Demonstration and initiation for adults and children FALCONRY, AN ANCESTRAL ART The art of falconry, also called 'flight hunting', was born over 4000 years ago on the Central Asian plateaus. It was not until the Middle Ages that falconry developed in Europe. Since 2010, falconry has been included in the intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO.
