8:00 a.m.: Welcome and breakfast (at the foyer of Alairac, avenue des vieilles mares) 9:00 a.m. Departure for an 11 km circuit 12:00 p.m.: aperitif offered by the Town Hall Meal from the bag or catering on site (menu €14), presence of local producers 2 pm Guided tour of the village by the association "de circulade en circulade" then departure for a 5km circuit.
